  6. Towing capacity
    As long as your vehicle has a towbar weight of at least 80kg and a towing capacity of 750kg you can tow our campers. The Coromal Camper has a towball weight of 140kg and a tare weight of 1140kg The coromal is suited to Larger 4x4 and 6 cylinder sedans.
     
  7. Towbar requirements
    Our trailers do not require your tow ball, we simply remove it for you and attach our supplied Tregg hitch. The Coromal Camper is fitted with a standard 50mm ball hitch
  8. Set-up Time
    5 mins for basic set-up, 10mins for annexe set-up. We also provide training on pick-up or prior to pick-up.
  9. Do the campers have power?
    Our campers do not have power, however they have a zip access to run a power cord inside for powered sites and generators (cords not supplied). A 12 volt lantern is supplied.
  10. What happens if the camper is wet when it is time to pack up?
    Our campers have water proof canvas which will not allow moisture to penetrate through, however we do supply an extra tarpaulin to cover mattress for when the camper is folded up to keep bedding dry. The camper must then be set-up again ASAP to dry, and avoid propagation of mould and mildew.
  11. Does the camper trailer have storage areas?
    Yes, the camper has storage under the bed area, 1200mm W x 2100mm L x 430mm H minus the space of the sliding kitchen. There is also a large lockable storage box on the draw bar.
  12. How many doors and windows does the camper have?
    Our camper trailers have 5 windows which all open from the inside. Plus 2 of the windows have clear PVC covers to stop rain entering. There is one window on the end which has an external flap that can be erected with poles and guy ropes to serve as an extra awning. All windows and door have mesh screens to keep insects out.
  13. Does the camper trailer have a spare tyre?
    Our campers have 1 spare tyre mounted vertically on the drawbar. We can also supply an extra spare for the extended trips should it be needed.
  14. Is the camper trailer insured?
    All Gobush Camper Trailer Hire campers are fully insured for travel anywhere in Australia.
  15. What is available for water storage?
    Each trailer comes with 3x 20lt water containers which are kept in the jerry can holders on the side of the trailer. The Coromal Camper has a underbody 60 litre water tank.
  16. What are the sleeping arrangements?
    There is queen size mattress which is high density foam, 90mm thick. This is located on the trailer itself. We also supply camp stretcher beds for extra adults or children. The Coromal Camper has two double beds 1 at either end of the camper and the table converts to another bed also.
  17. Are there any restrictions as to where I can go?
    Cavalier offoad campers may travel on any recognised road or track Coromal Campers may only travel on properly formed gravel (dirt) roads, No bush tracks or beach travel.
  18. Does the camper have a fridge?
    No fridge is provided in our Cavalier off-road Deluxe camper trailers, however you may hire our 40lt or 60lt Waeco fridge/freezers. The Coromal Camper has a 3 way fridge (gas,12/240volt)
  19. Are the camper trailers water proof and dust proof?
    The campers have a water proof canvas and during transit, all of our camper trailers are fully water proof, dust proof and lockable.
